CUSTOMIZING
YOUR MAS90 AND MAS200 TOOLBAR
The
button bar at the top of your MAS 90 screen can be customized by adding or deleting buttons to
suit your
needs. Buttons can be created to access MAS 90 tasks or external
programs that are accessible to your computer. An example of a MAS90
task would be launching a report you use regularly, such as a aging
report. An external program example would be Word, Excel or
Outlook. There is no limit to the number of buttons that can be
added, the toolbar will wrap the buttons automatically, based on the size
of the window.
To add a button, right click on a button and
choose New Button. Select if you would like the new button before or
after the selected button. To add a MAS 90 option, keep the
Type on Task. Click on the folder next to Task ID and select which
MAS 90 task you wish to assign to the button. MAS90 will
automatically insert the correct Task ID number. To select a picture
for the button, click on the Picture Browse button and choose an appropriate picture. To add an external program link, at Type select
Program. At Command, click on the folder and locate the command line
for the program. If you would like to add a picture, click on
the Picture Browse button to locate an appropriate picture.
To
delete a button, right click on the button and choose Delete Button.
To
add a space between buttons, click on the button where you need to add a
space, choose Add Space and select whether you want it in front of the
button or behind.
You can also edit a button by right
clicking on it and selecting Edit Button. This will bring up
the button properties page allowing you to make any necessary changes.
