REPORTS
Have
you ever found yourself confused about which reports are supposed to tie
together when verifying your data? Our technical support department
has cleared up the questions on how to compare some of the reports
generated from the MAS90 Inventory Management module.
The
Inventory Stock Status Report should tie to the Inventory Valuation Report
and the Trial Balance found in Inventory Management should tie to the GL
Inventory Account(s).
We
have also been asked about the dates MAS90 uses when running the Accounts
Receivable Trial Balance and the Accounts Receivable Aged Invoice
Report. The Trial Balance is based on the MAS90 application or
system date. The Aged Invoice Report is based on the Invoice Date or
Invoice Due Date, depending on which you selected during AR Setup.
