REMOVING THE REPORT BANNER

You can change the look of the standard MAS90 reports by using Report Format Maintenance. This tool can be found under Library Master/Utilities. The Report Format Maintenance option allows you to customize the look of the MAS90 standard reports for each company. An example would be removing the top black header banner which prints on the reports. Many clients have asked us how to remove this banner in order to save printer ink and toner.

When you go into Report Format Maintenance, you will see an example report layout. To remove the banner, click on Header on the toolbar, then click on Company. This will bring up a screen which shows you how the header information will print on each report. Go to Shading on the right hand side of the screen, and click on the None radio button. This will remove the black banner that prints on each page.
