LINKING FILES IN CRYSTAL REPORTS

Crystal Reports has now become an integral part of the MAS 90 Accounting Software System. It can be used to print graphical forms as well as a multitude of reports. There are many useful report and form templates included with MAS 90 for Windows 3.20 to help you get started using Crystal Reports. Mastering the Crystal Reports program can be challenging but is rewarding based on the results you can achieve.

We find that many of the questions we receive relate to linking files using the Visual Linking Expert. There is an excellent document on the TRSG CD that comes with MAS90 and MAS200 that clearly  outlines the various link types and the results each one will achieve. We find this document assists our clients in creating accurate and dynamic reports within Crystal.  When you open the TRSG, go to the Technical Bulletins and FAQ section, then the ABC section.  Click on Crystal Reports and open document CR3002-a.
